Managing MySQL databases with PHPMyAdmin:
1) Click the 'PHPMyAdmin' icon in 'Databases' window.
2) To Upload the Database click the 'SQL' link. Then click on 'Browse' to search for Database.
3) Select the Databse and Click on 'Ok' on the new window. Then Click on 'Go' to complete the Upload.
4) Click on the Table name in the 'Test' column to see all the details of that Table.
5) To save the table to the Personal Computer click the 'Export' link.
6) Then, select the 'Save as file' check box and then click on 'Go' button. Then click on 'Save' on a new window.
7) To successfully sign out of PHPMyAdmin click the 'Exit' button.
